Wow did November bite the big one for me or what? I ended UP in my weight for the month and I haven't been able to shake any of it since Thanksgiving. My eating so far this month has still been CRAZY AWFUL. It's such a basic concept - calories in vs calories out and maybe that's why I have a block when it comes to journaling because I really don't want to know just how bad I am doing calorie wise.

Great tracking Vanessa! It might not be the numbers you want but the self awareness will get you there! I just have to ask - what the heck is a protein platter from Starbucks? Also - I got a $5 giftcard for Starbucks in the mail and we don't have a starbucks anywhere in the state - want it? I'll mail it to you...

I don't think people realize how many calories are in those restaurant desserts - I used to work at a restaurant where the average dessert slice (french silk, lemon meringue, etc...) was about 500 calories!

Hey Vanessa - can you just copy and paste from Sparkpeople? I adore the peppermint mochas!! I'm so sad they are so much. And I usually keep the whipped cream on top - I figure that I'm having the non-fat milk IN the drink, surely that balances out the whipped cream on top! LOL

12/4 - 12-7 UPDATE

Food - Well, I tried to "mentally track" what I ate Saturday which led in to Sunday which led to Monday and Tuesday and of course now I sit here trying to rack my brain as to what

FB me your address and I'll mail it to you. I think I got it in the mail as a "christmas" card from my credit card... nice right! Fairly certain we don't have one in the state at all!

I used to work at a coffee shop (back when I didn't drink coffee - oye!) and they had sugar free syrups. Have you tried those? I haven't so I can't vouch for them but if memory serves me right I think each ounce of syrup flavoring has about 60calories and most/some drinks take 2oz.... That adds up!
