Hey Vanessa, sometimes you just have those days where dinner is whatever you can grab! I think the rest of your day looked great!

I know I'm on a serious cost-cutting spree right now after looking at how much I spent last month. I am finding that planning out my meals at the weekend for the week is helping, and so is only planning to do grocery shopping once a week instead of whenever I feel like it.

Ugh - I hate weekdays dinners. It's always such a race to get home and get dinner ready and have it be of some nutritional value. Caden seems to need to eat dinner within 30minutes of being home and that puts such a kink into things!

See you got your treadmil in though - awesome!

Just saw all your lovely photos on FB. Your kids are way to cute! They look like they keep you on your toes! You are so photogenic - I could count on one hand how many "decent" photos I have of myself in the last decade or so. I didn't see a single "bad" photo of you on there... what gives? :) Love the pics of you and your honey - so sweet!

Awww thanks for looking through my fb pics Carrie. You didn't see any "bad" pics because I deleted those lol!

My kids need to eat as soon as we walk in the door it seems. They have "lunch" at school at 10:30am

Lunch at 10:30? Whats up with that?

Caden thinks he needs to eat the minute he wakes up when in truth he needs a light snack and then breakfast an hour or so later. He pulls me out of bed on the weekends and drags me into the kitchen to tell me that he needs eggs, toast, pancakes... whatever. I'm certainly not busting those out at 6am!

I did the same thing yesterday - must be something about Mondays! I packed my gym bag but was in the middle of a project when lunch rolled around so I convinced myself that I'd just take a late lunch and go later... yea. Didn't happen.

Okay Vanessa, well you brought the gym back yesterday, did you make it to the gym today? Looks like a good day food wise! And I know I hated those school schedules - it makes it so hard to plan your own meals when they are so off!
