Vanessa, your food doesn't look bad, you can see where the calories jumped up, but you'll have that under control no problem. It's really only one snack here and there. Way to go on the C25K, I'm restarting from Day 1 since my gf wants to train for a 5K and she doesn't run.

I did "pretty good" getting my food back under control over the weekend surprisingly! Cool that you're restarting C25K with your gf. I'm on Week 8!!

Yea - Jamie's home today! So... does absence make the heart grow fonder? :)

Look at you burning through the C25K! When is your 5K again - end of this month? I need to sign up for one - maybe it will motivate me to stick with it some more!

Thats the best part about tracking - just getting a general feel for how many calories are in your everyday foods!
