Hi ladies! Whew - sorry about being MIA - it's been a hectic month already!!

Brief recap:

3/1 Thurs - weighed in at 146.5 - no gain, no loss from the previous week

3/2 Fri - ate decent throughout the day but then went out for dinner/drinks; no exercise

3/3 Sat - it was the kids' birthday so I surprised them with a limo and we had Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. I did get in the Legs P90X dvd

Wow Vanessa - you have been BUSY! I can't imagine adding a move and a wedding on top of all that! I hope that making the lists will help you feel more organized and together - they always seem to make me feel more at ease with the chaos!

Great job on getting in those P90X Dvd's! I can only imagine how hungry you are after 70 minutes of exercise! Do you have any protien snacks before/after to help with that? I'm not even sure what the protocol is for that but I would think you could use something for that level of intensity and length of program!

Dress?? Did I miss the pictures? Ahem... I'm off to check your feb journal to see if you posted them there.

I CAN NOT wait til this weekend to set up all my "to-do" lists on my calendar!

I haven't been drinking the "recovery" drink P90X endorses but I have done some research and found that Muscle Milk is a good substitute so I'll be picking up some of that this weekend.

Tee hee hee about the dress.... nope - didn't post any pics... yet ;-)

B - Southwestern egg beater w/ laughing cow cheese, turkey bacon, salsa; coffee w/ creamer; banana
S - light string cheese; almonds
L - leftover baked chicken thigh w/ Oven Fry; mixed veggies; grapes
S - 2 Hershey's kisses
D - Cheese lasagna; mixed veggies; Edy's clow churned cookie dough ice cream

Exercise
Wed - 2pm - Treadmill (30 min 2.2 mile walk, Level 6 Random, 4mph/228 cal burned); 7:30pm - P90X Plyometrics dvd (59 min/359 cal burned)

Water
Wed - 64 oz

Notes: Getting myself back on track

Yikes - treadmill and P90X in the same day! Make sure you don't overdo it!

Looks like you are getting back on track rather nicely!

I know! I'm trying to listen to my body so that's why I only walked on the treadmill at lunch!

That is so cool that you are seeing results from P90X so soon!

Excellent job getting the water in to! Your food is looking great and you did a good job of reworking your dinner to cover that brownie! I need to take a page from your book - instead I eat the brownie then figure that I've already blown the day so I go on a binge!
