Today makes exactly 7 weeks and 6 days (55 freaking days)since my last workout. How depressing is that? I got on the scale last week and I've gained about 5 pounds. My eating has really sucked but my water hasn't been too bad. I go back to the Dr in 8 days for my 6 week post-op appt and I am just praying that I get the okay to resume my workouts. Jamie deploys in 11 days so I'll definitely need something to keep me busy for those 3 months!
Things have been rather chaotic, busy, stressful lately and I realize how much exercise normally helps me get through the normal stresses of life & work. Xdh and I are still dealing with attorneys to figure out the kid custody issue, I'm still looking for a new place to move in to in a better school district, work has been busy trying to catch up & then keep up after being out over 2 weeks because of the surgery, my mom flew out from Seattle last week to spend time with me & the kids for their birthday party last weekend and in between all that I'm trying to squeeze in all the Jamie time I can manage before he leaves!
I think my REAL March journal will start on the 14th because I hope to be able to exercise by then. In the meantime I'll keep reading all of your journals and maybe get myself back in the habit of at least journaling my food - ROFLMBO!
