Hi ladies! Whew - sorry about being MIA - it's been a hectic month already!!
Brief recap:
3/1 Thurs - weighed in at 146.5 - no gain, no loss from the previous week
3/2 Fri - ate decent throughout the day but then went out for dinner/drinks; no exercise
3/3 Sat - it was the kids' birthday so I surprised them with a limo and we had Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. I did get in the Legs P90X dvd

That is quite the to do list - you busy girl! When are you moving - this weekend? You've done a great job fitting in all those workouts with so many things going on!
Yea... I must have been celebrating Miranda's birthday last week to... ;)
Mon, March 19
B - scrambled egg whites w/ chicken sausage; fruit salad
S - 2 string cheese; 100 cal pack almonds
L - 1 cup leftover crockpot chili
D - 2 servings whole grain pasta w/ spaghetti sauce & ground turkey; corn
S - 2 servings Reese's peanut butter cup ice cream
Water:
Mon - 32 oz
Exercise:
Mon - NONE
Notes - Food was pretty bad in the evening. We went back
You've got so much going on right now that I'm impressed with what you do manage to get done! Just one of those tasks with work, kids, life would be hectic yet you seem to be juggle things smoothly!
