Hi ladies! Whew - sorry about being MIA - it's been a hectic month already!!
Brief recap:
3/1 Thurs - weighed in at 146.5 - no gain, no loss from the previous week
3/2 Fri - ate decent throughout the day but then went out for dinner/drinks; no exercise
3/3 Sat - it was the kids' birthday so I surprised them with a limo and we had Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. I did get in the Legs P90X dvd

I'm with Miranda - the food would be really hard to handle while packing and moving! It will be better once you get into your new place and settled back in!
Mon, Mar 26
B - Corner Bakery 8 grain bagel w/ veggie cream cheese, coffee w/ creamer, truvia
S - light string cheese, 100 cal pack almonds
L - 2 crockpot chicken drumsticks, green beans, greek yogurt w/ strawberries
S - 2 Reese's peanut butter eggs
S - Stacys naked pita chips, wine
D - Tilapia, corn, rice

Mon - 48 oz
Exercise:
Mon - AM - P90X Plyometrics dvd; Afternoon - Run 2.6 miles on treadmill
Notes - I got the exercise in but I couldn't stop eating!

I've never heard of adding sugar to off set saltiness... I'll have to store that little tidbit away for future use! Nothing like spending time to make something only to have it not quite materilize the way we want it to.
It looks like your making some great progress on your to do list! I should delegate a bit more.. maybe things would get done that way! lol!

Tue - Treadmill 2.2 mile walk
