A brand new month already!
Well - the good thing is - I'm starting it off a little lighter. Between the move and custody stress and workouts I've somehow managed to get

Great start to the month!! And I'm sure with that plan you'll be down to 140 in no time!
So when you do your morning workouts - do you basically just jump out of bed and get at it? Do you eat anything before hand? I'm curious!

<I did the C25K program last year to prep me for my first 5K last October but then this year I had surgery at the end of January and couldn't exercise for 6 weeks so by that time it was almost like starting all over again with my fitness so that's why I'm basically "restarting" everything I've done before lol
The 1st week of May is an eating blur. I didn't do too bad - even over the weekend - but I did only get in 2 workouts.
Thur - 5/5 I walked on the treadmill at Level 6 Random 3.9 mph for 35 min
Fri - 5/6 C25K Week 5 Day 1
5/1 - I was doing major unpacking because I had just moved in the previous day and the kids were due back with me that night at 6pm
5/2 - I was off from work - waiting for the cable guy & unpacking in the morning and then the kids afterschool was closed that day so I picked them up from school and afterwards we
if you took off that long then you pretty much have to start over. about the longest you can break from running is 3 weeks without having to cut back to almost nothing. Its kind of hard, but i've done it before and its easier the second time around, but still don't 'jump ahead' on the program.
I can't believe 30 day shred then p90x. you are crazy. :P
