Okay - so October ended on a pretty low note for me. My eating wasn't that great, my journaling was even worse and the last time I exercised may have been Fri Oct 22 to my best recollection.

Soooooooooooooooooooooo.....

Vanessa, it sounds like a fun month!! And I know you can get back on track. We all just need to take a deep breath, re-prioritize and carve out some time for ourselves (to do healthy stuff, mind you, not sit our butts on the couch. With wine. Or whatever. LOL)

The good part about Vegas is that you can do ALOT of walking on the strip without realizing it.

Oh - never mind. I see we are supposed to be exercising instead of sitting on the couch drinking. Geesh... I don't know if you girls can be my on-line friends anymore... :)

Carrie - I ended up keeping 3 of the 4 lil black dresses. Y'all will probably see them up on FB when we get back ;-)

Monday

B - Grande skinny caramel latte, Bagel thin w/ ww cream cheese
S - 100 cal pack almonds
L - Morning star farms "chickn" on a deli thin w/ mustard & ketchup, small chili
D - Whole grain rotini w/ bottled alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, mixed veggies
S - WW choc chip cookie

Tues (day off with the kids)

B - 4 pcs frozen double cinnamon french toast sticks, 1 c Total Cranberry Crunch/Fiber One cereal mixed, 3/4 c 2% milk
L - Subway flatbread meatball & provolone 6" sandwich, Dairy Queen small chocolate hot fudge sundae w/ wet nuts
D - Frozen cheese tortellini w/ spaghetti sauce, peas/carrots

Wed

B - 16 oz coffee w/ 2 fr vanilla creamers, 2 Splenda, apple, bagel thin w/ weight watchers cream cheese
S - cheese stick, 100 cal pack almonds
L - leftover whole grain rotini w/ bottled alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, mixed veggies
S - hot chocolate
D - leftover orange chicken pieces, a little meatloaf, mac n cheese, potato salad, mixed

Well Vanessa, it's only the beginning of the month - we have loads of time to get our food in check! I had Burger King last night, so I'm in the same boat! LOL

And Carrie - I can assure you that we are still fit to be online friends as I'm pretty sure we say Yes far more than we say No to wine! LOL

Look at you go Vanessa! Your food tracking is great and you've got some great foods in there. I'm getting hungry for orange chicken and alfredo pasta now...

Did you set a goal for minutes of exercise for the month or are you just tracking totals?

I'll be looking for those Vegas little black dress pics too... :)
