October was decent enough for me with getting back in to exercising - it was my food that sucked big time. I'm going to use November to try to refocus on my food while Jamie is gone. He'll be gone most of the month besides Thanksgiving weekend so I may experiment around with trying to cook quick, healthy meals we can boh eat and enjoy when he's back.
Other than that my November goal will be to continue to exercise consistently, to track food and to get out of the 150's! I'm still at 151.5. Yuck!
Tuesday, Nov 1
B - Bagel thin w/ laughing cow cheese, fat free chobani greek yogurt w/ 1/2 banana, coffee w/ creamer, Splenda
S - pistachios
L - baked chicken thigh, green beans, light string cheese
D - Black bean burger w/ salsa on sandwich thin, couscous, mixed veggies
S - 3 fun pack m&m's, 1/2 serving Pringles

B - 1 egg, 1 egg white scrambled with laughing cow cheese on a sandwich thin w/ salsa, turkey bacon, coffee w/ splenda, creamer
L - Whole grain pasta w/ spag sauce, 2 turkey meatballs, apple
S - Light string cheese
D - Jennie-o turkey burger w/ light cheese and ketchup on sandwich thin, suddenly salad pasta salad, 2 corona lights

Well after such a great week last week of tracking my food and getting in some good exercise my Monday pretty much sucked. I had a funeral to go to of a friend who died in a car accident. Very sad. Afterwards 3 of us went for food and drinks and ended up spending 6 hours eating, drinking and talking which was good for the soul but absolutely not good for the waistline!
Monday, Nov 7
B - 1 cup coffee w/ splenda, creamer
L/D/S - Honey bbq wings, 1/3 order nachos and a bunch of grey goose and cranberries which I swear wasn't Goose and was in fact rail because I felt like crap that night with a pounding headache

Your weren't joking last week - you really kicked it into high gear and your weekend was stellar!
This morning I'm going to pick the kids up for breakfast and do a little shopping. This afternoon I have a nap planned along with a trip to the gym. I haven't been to the gym that I actually pay for each month in AGES! lol I'm going to pick up a group exercise schedule and see about maybe possibly trying out some classes on the week's the kids are with their dad.
Vanessa, that was a tough week! I'm so glad you had a good sleep. I think I'm going to try to get to one class a week at the gym I go to. So you let me know what you pick, and we'll check in at the end of the week!
