October was decent enough for me with getting back in to exercising - it was my food that sucked big time. I'm going to use November to try to refocus on my food while Jamie is gone. He'll be gone most of the month besides Thanksgiving weekend so I may experiment around with trying to cook quick, healthy meals we can boh eat and enjoy when he's back.

Other than that my November goal will be to continue to exercise consistently, to track food and to get out of the 150's! I'm still at 151.5. Yuck!

Tuesday, Nov 1

B - Bagel thin w/ laughing cow cheese, fat free chobani greek yogurt w/ 1/2 banana, coffee w/ creamer, Splenda
S - pistachios
L - baked chicken thigh, green beans, light string cheese
D - Black bean burger w/ salsa on sandwich thin, couscous, mixed veggies
S - 3 fun pack m&m's, 1/2 serving Pringles

GOAL:
1200-1550 calories, 32-56 fat, 163-236 carb, 60-127 protein, 25-35 fiber

ACTUAL:
Mon: 1,528 cal, 57 fat, 200 carb, 69 pro, 23 fiber
Tue: 1,458 cal, 50 fat, 195 carb, 79 pro, 27 fiber

B - Grande skinny caramel latte, bagel thin w/ homemade egg salad, turkey bacon
S - Pistachios, light string cheese
L - Chicken breast fillet, greek yogurt, peas
S - Vitamuffin vita top
D - whole grain pasta w/ laughing cow cheese wedge, mixed veggies
S - 2 M&M fun packs, 1 serving Pringles

GOAL:
1200-1550 calories, 32-56 fat, 163-236 carb, 60-127 protein, 25-35 fiber

ACTUAL:

Mon - TOO AWFUL to calculate!
Tue: 1618 cal, 54 fat, 199 carb, 99 protein, 30 fiber

Water:
Mon - 64 oz
Tue - 64 oz

Exercise:
Mon - 2pm - Treadmill 30 min 4mph walk - Random Level 6 (2.2 miles/239 calories burned)
Tue - 2 pm - Treadmill 30 min run/walk intervals (2.5 miles/319 cal burned), 7pm 30 Day Shred dvd Level 2, Day 1

Notes: The good news is the leftover Halloween M&M's are now officially gone from my house lol and I did get in TWO workouts for the day!

Vanessa that looks like a GREAT day! Whoo hoo!

When I'm logging my stuff in Sparkpeople, I actually put in everything I plan to eat and adjust as the day goes on - it seems to keep me on track a bit better than if I just wait until the end of the day to input what I ate.

That's a really good idea for during the week when I'm packing and bringing my food in to work. Currently I just log while I'm literally eating it lol

That looks like an awesome day Vanessa! Where did you get all that fiber? Nice! It really is interesting to see other numbers for protien, fat, and such along with what they ate.

Yea an getting the Halloween candy out of the house! It's a nice feeling not to have that constant temptation around!

Here's my fiber that day:
whole wheat bagel thin = 5
1 cup peas = 6
1 cup whole grain pasta = 6
1/2 cup mixed veggies = 1
2 mini m7m fun packs = 1 (believe it or not!)

1 serving pringles = 1
23 pistachios = 1

Even though I had to eat it all to get rid of it! LOL

Another fab day under your belt! Hope your heart rate monitor is okay - I know you were having some issues with it before! I think you can estimate it was around 300 calories or so looking at your week's workouts!
