Your meals & exercise look great, and I have a LOT of snacky days. Especially last week, lol.

Great job on the water! Have a wonderful week! :-)

Vanessa, that is so interesting to see your diet, your calories and how they convert to WW points. Carbs are a tough one, and I know the more stressed I am the more simple carbs I eat, which leaves me drained and stressed out. It's a tough circle to break. But honestly your diet looks pretty well balanced, so overall I think you're having a good September!!

Wow Vanessa - tracking through the weekend!  It looks good to me - especially considering that you were attending an event!  Your exercise certainly offsets those extra calories those days to!

So what did you think of the elliptical?  Did you like it?

The elliptical wasn't bad - I just feel like I LOOK so awkward on it but I'll definitely keep adding it in!

That right there is half the issue with trying new machines - it feels very awkward!  I doubt anyone even notices but us though...lol.  I felt really strange riding that bike at the gym on Monday moving the handlebars to follow the "path" on the screen but not going anywhere...  like if I had chosen one of the bikes without a screen I would have been more legit or something...lol!

I'm sure if you keep trying it you'll find your rhythm on it quickly!

Ooooo - a bike with a screen? Now that sounds pretty snazzy. I've never seen that before!

The granola bar was soooooo good! It was enough to make me feel like I had a "dessert" and wasn't depriving myself.

I feel pretty silly on the bike... you can choose different courses and as you pedal it moves the screen as if you were actually there.  The strange part if every time you look up you are staring at a wall...lol!  I do like that it changes the resistance of the bike as if to mimic hills and such which is nice for a newbie like me.
