Thurs 9/6

B - coffee w/ fat free half & half, truvia; sandwich thin w/ laughing cow cheese, turkey bacon; apple; Chobani champions vanilla chocolate chunk greek yogurt
S - baby carrots w/ hummus
L - leftover whole grain pasta w/ marinara & italian meatballs; cherries
S - 4 hersheys kisses
D - Lean Pocket ham & cheese; sweet potato fries; veggies

(Dinner was supposed to be some Trader Joes chicken dogs but they were too nasty tasting to even swallow so I had to find something else fast to cook for me and the kiddos because it was getting so late)

Water:
Th - 64 oz

Exercise:
Th - 5K run/walk on treadmill during lunch

Vanessa, I agree about tracking keeping us ON TRACK! I just need to do more of it. And great job on all the walks and walk/runs! Here's to a great October!

Happy late birthday! Those celebrations can certainly derail us but I hope it was just a momentary thing - for both of us! :smileyhappy:

How was running on the track? I've not ran on a track yet and I've always wondered how it would be be. Borring because you are making laps or motivating because you can see the interval point?
