Great 90 Day Challenge Journey

As you know I work and train at my local YMCA, but I also go to interval classes at another gym called Blitz Conditioning. One of their employees has been on a 90 day fitness journey, and has been blogging about it. His last post was up to dday 84 and he had some great advice on what has made a difference to him ...
I would recommend checking out his blog posts from teh beginning - he has made awesome progress, and as you can see, he's just a regular guy who was trying to get into shape - not lose 100 pounds in a year, or train for a body building competition. He had days where he struggled wtih motivation, and was tempted by wings and beer. He blogged it all, which I really liked.
Too many times you read about these phenomenal journeys and rather than feeling encouraged, you end up feeling discouraged because you can't related to the journey. This was definitely relatable, and it was great to follow along!
