Well another summer has flown by, and I'm sure it was full of ups and downs for all of us! Hopefully more ups than downs!

How was the weekend? What's up for the week ahead?

What's one thing you're looking forward to in the fall?

Now I know we're not ALL runners, but this applies to any exercise that we should be able to get into our day:

How was the weekend? What's up for the week ahead?  The weekend was tiring, but productive.  I had a zillion things to do and got one surprise after another and that kind of thing just really throws off my equilibrium.  This week is devoted to preparing for school and trying to squeeze in all the fun things I won't have time for when school starts.

What's one thing you're looking forward to in the fall?  School!  Aside from that...meeting a few of my financial goals, maintaining my slim physique and healthy eating habits, dating, making new friends

Vanessa, hope the move goes smoothly - good thing you can pack ahead of time!! And back to school for the kiddos! Let the fun commence LOL

LBW - it sounds like it will be an exciting year ahead for you! I'm excited for you!!

Weekend was good! Lots of fun, wayyyy too much eating. LOL Week is actually pretty normal! Work at the gym twice, Friday off, and getting my hair done!

Vanessa, I'm a Jets fan (don't ask me why. Maybe I'm a masochist LOL, so not quite sure if I'm looking forward to football this year or not) I love the turning of the leaves, and even though I'm not in school, I always treat September like a mini-new year, and take the opportunity to revisit my goals, and start a new program if needed.
