My older sister actually suggested that I join this board, so here goes!


My name is Michelle. I'm currently entering my junior year of college at UF, and I just hit the big 2-1 earlier this year. I'm a fairly healthy gal (5'9" and 145 lbs with an athletic build), but I'm joining this board for tips on how to keep fit, healthy, and feeling great in college as a newly minted 21 year old! :smileyhappy:

Weight training and pilates is a great combination! Do you have a preference? I'm really just doing weight training right now, but always vow to fit in more cardio! LOL
