What would you recommend is the best exercise if you want to get started on something but don't have a lot of motivation or time? I've had people suggest I take a Zumba or Yoga class a couple of times a week. Would you agree?

Hi Owaitress,

I've always heard that walking is the all around best exercise especially for those just starting on an exercise program. I found that if I set a specific time each day to walk that I am reasonably sure will work out for me, then I am most likely to stick with it once I start. Get yourself a mileage app and keep track of how far (or how long) you walk each day and just seeing those miles and minutes pile up may help motivate you to keep going.

Good luck!

Hey I think you should start with basic stretching exercises and then go onto stomach crunches. 25 crunches a day will help keep you fit throughout and you also are way more flexible than before! Its a small and easy workout that you can do everyday and doesnt take more than fifteen minutes

I highly recommend Visual Impact.  I use it, it's simple, it's smart, and it WORKS!
