Mediterranean Tuna Pasta Salad

½ box of penne pasta, cook to al dente in salted water
2 to 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
¼ to ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon dried or 2 teaspoons fresh thyme (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed with your mortar and pestle so the pieces are pretty fine
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 to 4 green onions, chopped or about ¼ cup chopped red onion
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup green olives, sliced (I like the good giant ones that you get from the deli with mustard seeds and herbs)
¼ cup cut up pitted kalamata olives
Small jar artichoke hearts, cut up and any tough bits removed
Large handful or so of grape tomatoes
2 cans (5 oz)

I sometimes add some lemon juice and have started adding a bit of vegetable stock or cooking liquid from the pasta, then use a bit less oil than I used to.
