Thanks Miss P. lol I read your reply to me yesterday after I had just gotten back in from trying to split firewood and had to laugh at myself. For all I do to work out, I have to wonder how fit/strong women of old were just from doing daily tasks. I am not a small woman and I struggled to split even the small pieces of firewood. I can't even imagine carrying water, splitting wood and the various other daily tasks our great great grandmothers did just to survive.
And to think I complain about having to carry groceries from my trunk to my kitchen. ;)

This is an excellent list! I actually have one of them. I would add Kathy Smith's Ageless Staying Strong as it relates to us 'older' gals and great for time-management - 15-min each exercise. Also would add Gilad's Quick Fit System. Very effective and also in 15-min and 20-min workout times. :-) Thanks!
