Bulging mid-section

I think my worst battle is definitely the battle of the bulge in my mid-section. I have never really done any kind of exercises for that area. Does anyone have any ideas?

As we age, I am particular interested in healthy nutrition that won’t break my budget. Found a good resource.  Until now, you'd have to eat thousands of Raspberries just to get enough of the Ketone enzyme to help fight fat, but now scientists have isolated that element and extracted it into a supplement that lets you get 300mg of Raspberry Ketone in every serving of Berry Thin. http://ow.ly/k1aNI
In studies, Raspberry Ketones helped prevent the onset of obesity in mice that were on a high fat diet. They also prevented an increase in blood triglyceride following high fat meals. That translates into Raspberry Ketones not only helping prevent the onset of obesity, but also preventing fat storage as well.
It was discovered in multiple studies that raspberry ketones increased the secretion of adiponectin, a hormone which regulates lipolysis, the process in which fat is burned. Research into adiponectin has shown that your levels of adiponectin are inversely correlated with your body fat percentage: Higher adiponectin means lower levels of body fat.
