Exercise DVDs that are realistic

I went to Walmart yesterday to get an exercise DVD that looked like something I could do and stick with and the selection was overwhelming. I went home with nothing. Does anyone have anything with suggestions? I have to be very realistic in the fact that I know I won't continue something that is too hard or too long. Maybe the problem is that I'm looking for an easy way out?

Hi Brenda! Boy do I know what you mean about trying to make a selection. Have you seen this yet? Best Workout and Exercise DVDs For Any Fitness Goal You might be able to find something you like there. Also, have you tried any of the Leslie Sansone workouts? They are fairly simple, easy to keep up with and fun. It might be a good place to start.

Good luck and let us know what you decide on. :-)

Information is posted at the bottom...good luck! Heidi in Colorado. I had the VERY same excuse for many years until I tried "Kathy Smith's Fat-Burning Workout." I've had it so long that it's on video. ;-))) However, I'm pretty sure it's available on disc now. My 10-year old eben does ir with me. One of my problems is I just cannot do a workout that wears me out or has difficult moves. I KNOW I will give up. This video is easy to follow and you are SUPPOSED to keep your heart rate low. Here it is on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Kathy-Smiths-Fat-Burning-Workout/dp/6301093526/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1362941998&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=Kathy+Smith%27s+Fat+Burning+Workout
