How was your Wednesday? It was a very busy day in legal eagle land. Various converstions with an assortment of less than "polite" people made more sense when I saw the moon that was out this evening. Made a big pot of Italian bean soup for dinner this evening that was just right!
Exercise - Took advantage of a lovely evening for a walk. Crisp yet not cold although still not a fan of walking in the dark.
Food - Very good day in that department.
Vitamins - Yes
Water - Lagging a little bit in that department but still have a few more hours before bedtime
A Healthy Choice I made "just for today" –Was going to blow off the walking but decided I needed to make the healthy choice and also therapeutic in alleviating the brain about a few things.
How was your Wednesday? Frustrating when the programs we use at work don't act properly because our office has done some updates. For a Monday on a Wednesday, it could have been much more productive.
Exercise - did the mini challenge, did 35 minutes on the treadmill
