Anyone tried Sensa?

Hello!  I was wondering if anyone had tried Sensa!  I've been thinking about it for a year or so and finally have a little money to spare, but I'd like to get some input from someone who has actually tried it!

I am 58 and have severe fibromyalgia, some arthritis, a weak heart, food allergies, etc.. I have a very hard time doing much exercise, like I once did. I exhaust myself just trying to keep my house somewhat in order and helping with my grandchildren. I am also on several medications that are known to cause weight gain.  At 35, I was a size 7/8 and weighed what I did at 16.  Now, I weigh nearly 100 pounds more.  I don't want to lose 100 pounds, but 30, 40, 50, or somewhere in that range would be great.

Any input on Sensa, or any other suggestions would be great!  I can't take anything with caffiene in it.  I can't afford to do Jennie Craig of anything like that.

Thanks so much!

Hi and welcome to the challenge!

I personally don't have any experience with the Sensa product, but I applaude your decision to do a bit of research and get some real life feedback on it. I'd also suggest you speak with your doctor before starting any weight loss product, especially with your health issues.

I did a google search and found some vidoes where Dr Oz reviewed the product on his show, in case you want to check that out.

Whatever you decide, I do hope you'll make this board part of your weight loss routine. We're here to help cheer you on and offer support and encouragement!
