10 lbs down and 20 to go

Hello everyone. It has taken me several months but I have finally lost 10 lbs by trying to eliminate some junk food and a little exercise. I realize I need to change my lifestyle and establish good healthy habits but knowing and doing are two different things. I'd like to kick up my weight loss a notch but I am having trouble finding the motivation to really buckle down. I think one of the problems is that I don't really know what to do. Can you share some of the things are you doing to lose?
