Bought my "supplies" today.

So I weighed myself this AM and I was NOT a happy camper. Bummer.
So, I went out and bought my diet supplies: WW whole wheat bread (80cals/2slices), pita pocket (100cal), sugar free syrups for my coffee (0cal), sugar free low calorie Coffee-Mate (this one - I haven't tried it yet, obviously, but I am a BIG coffee drinker so any help lessening calorie intake that way is a bonus), some fruit, some Smart Ones meals for those days where I just can't cook, some Laughing Cow Cream Cheese (anyone ever try it?), and Special K Red Berries Waffles (OMG - and only 150 calories for two!).
The other thing I've been wanting to try but haven't had a chance is kale. Anyone use it? How do you use it? I know a few people who dump it in smoothies. But does anyone cook it and eat it as a veggie side?
