Managing stress better may help those trying to lose weight

Do you think stress plays a part in your weight loss (or lack thereof)? I know I am a very high-stressed person in general. I stress myself out. ;) I definitely am a stress eater. I can see that it would and does play a part in my problem with losing weight.
