i keep on gaining and gaining more and more weight i dont know what is going on, i go 2the gym and try 2eat healthy, no pop or fast food no fried food, we eat salad, grilled

chicken and fish,veg.i dont buy candy

also my clothes all still fit and some clothes r 2big and bigger then they ever were.

Here's something that may seem counterintuitive - skip workouts. Instead try to integrate more movement into your day overall, standing more, playing with your kids, a few pushups here and there. It ramps up your body's metabolism overall. Also, try eating more fats. Just a couple years ago, a conference of dieticians at Harvard agreed to get rid of advising people not to eat fats. Fats are essential for maintaining a healthy weight and even losing weight. In particular, getting lots of fats from grassfed animals that have CLA (conjugeic linoleic acid) can help you lean up. Many athletes are taking this now as a supplement to increase lean mass.

well, my weight came back down to 143, but no1 believes me they all think i am gaining like tons of weight like they think i weigh 200 i am tired of  ppl thinking i am fat
