Is there such a thing as naturally thin? My friend and I have a woman in our group that is far smaller than the rest of us. At first glance it appears she eats and exercises just like the rest of us so of course we are led to believe she is just blessed with natural thinness. But after studying her for a while, I do see differences in her lifestyle. I am wondering if those differences are enough to keep her so much smaller than everyone else or if she is just one of the lucky ones with what every assumes is a high metabolism.

what sort of differences?  I am naturally thin yes, in fact people asked me how I could possibly lose more weight after my middle daughter's pregnancy to weigh less than when I started when I was at a healthy weight before the pregnancy.  I didn't do anything differently.  Now was I healthy at the time, no, not at all and I have made a lot of changes to be healthier and I do not focus on weight at all.  But yes, I do believe that some people are just naturally thin.

How interesting. Have you ever studied or compared your eating to other people's? I'm curious as to how you would look if you ate the identical things as someone who is heavier for several weeks.

I have a friend who we all call naturally thin, but in all reality, she does not eat like the rest of us do.
