Hi Jacquie, it's so nice to hear that you've started to workout again. Now about the 'more energy' part.....you know what? If you eat 5 small meals instead of 3 bigs( or eat 3 meals and 2 snacks) they'll really help you to stay energetic all day. Try to eat every 3-4 hours. Each meal should have some lean protein and some complex carbs, also some healthy fat. You'll see for yourself that you'll never be too hungry or too full. And that'll keep your blood sugar leveled and metabolism running all day long.
