I have a problem. I have developed tendonitis which I think is a side effect from the Cipro I took and I can't exercise. Doing so would increase my risk of tearing or rupturing a tendon. But I can record my water here. I may try walking on the treadmill and if it doesn't seem to bother my knee I will continue.
Oh Carol, that stinks. I feel for you, I do. A while back I had something wrong with the ball of my foot. Three visits and cortisone shots later and it's better. BUT I'm not allowed to do elliptical workouts (not that I was anyway, lol!). So much for the elliptical I bought that is sitting in the garage!
