yay I'm so excited... I lost 6lbs and several inches! down a size in jeans... this doesn't even feel real.... this is the first time since I had my first child in 2004 that I have been able to stick w/ an exercise program and lose weight! I made a youtube video with my before and after pictures!

I have a couple friends who have tried the 30 day shred but none stuck to it.... I'm loving P90X.... I am a huge muscle confusion fan!!

Please DO NOT fall for these quick fixes. These things do more bad than good. Yes, you may lose 10 lbs in 3 days, but believe me that's only water weight and even worse than that, you'll lose muscle. On top of that, you won't be able to keep them off for long. As soon as you start eating normally, it'll all come back and some. Eating only 1000 calories a day is not good for your body, and I mean not good at all. If you really wanna lose weight, make a commitment to yourself. Eat healthy, exercise, and your pounds will melt away slowly but for good. There are tons of fad diets in the market, but the truth is there's no shortcut in 'destination weight loss'.
