I am so happy!
Thank you for the encouragement, Wren. I struggle every day to stay on track. I have not been exercising much as I am getting my house ready for Thanksgiving, but sometimes that is a form of exercise, too.
It's been almost a year since I've posted to my Journal. Part of the reason was the problems I've had accessing the board. The other part is that I've not done well. Bouncing up and down the same 10 lbs over and over. Now I'm ready to get down to business again, tracking my food and exercise. If I had done this a year ago and lost 1 lb per week, I would be at goal. I am going to try to keep that though in mind. One pound a week doesn't sound like much, but over 52 weeks, it's amazing. It might sound stupid to start back on my weight loss plan right before the holidays, but looking back to my postings of last year, I stayed on plan over the holidays and did not gain. So I intent to do the same this year, or even show a loss.
I refuse to give up.
