I got through Christmas without going over 200 lbs, but I haven't been losing any more.

I'd love to have an eliptical at home but I know what you mean about not liking something. My gym buys new equipment every few years and they just went to a stationary bike that I don't care for. I rarely use it now because it's not comfortable for me.

We can't wait to hear all about your workouts on your new eliptical. ;)

If I would join a gym I would probably end up not going. I like to exercise at home. I don't like having other people see me, and I'm too impatient to wait for a piece of equipment if someone else is using it.

I sold my old elliptical the first day it was advertised and the new one came on Thursday.

Oh nice! Perhaps keeping a log of how long you've been on it each day will also help keep you motivated to keep using it. :)

It's been 4 months since I got below 200, and even though I haven't gone above, I haven't lost any more weight.

Ofcourse you can, and I'm sure you will. Working out for an hour, 5 days a week sound terrific! So, what exercise plan are you following? I'd love to hear about it.
I myself am a very slow loser and have the worst kind of metabolism. I managed to lose my holiday weights at the end of January. But did not lose a pound since then. Only good news that I lost 1% of bodyfat (that'll be like 1.45 lbs) and gained muscle. May be that's why the scale doesn't show it....at least I hope so.
