I wear an elastic knee brace when I exercise.
My weight hasn't changed much in the past few months. I'm staying under 200, but that's not good enough. I still have a good bit to lose. I joined Weight Watchers and had my first weigh-in. Lost 5 lbs. So far I have been able to stay within my daily points values. I figured it out and I'm eating around 1500 calories per day. When I'm tempted to eat something I shouldn't I keep in mind that I have to add in the points value for that food, and I either pass on it, or choose something with a lower point value. It's basically the same as calorie counting. But if something is helping me, I'll do it, as long as it's healthy eating. After I finish the first month I am going to quit the meetings and try to do it on my own. It's very expensive, hard on my social security check! LOL I would be very happy to be down to 175 by Christmas.
