What is your favorite protein forward meal?
Yes, it is. You use:
2 1/2 pounds of chicken, I use legs
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup terikyaki sauce
1 package pre-cooked bacon, cut into pieces
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Spray your crockpot with olive oil, put the bacon and chicken in the crockpot, try to get bacon pieces between the chicken ones, mix the dressing and teriyaki sauce together, pour it over the chicken and bacon, sprinkle the cheese on top and put the crockpot on low for 5 hours or until the chicken is cooked. We love it, I serve it with mashed potatoes or salad.
2 small ripe avocados or 1 large one + 1 can of tuna, drained + 1 boiled egg + juice of one lemon+salt&pepper to taste
Mash all together and eat on whole grain crackers as a spread or on whole grain bread as a sandwich. It's almost like a dip, and is delicious!
