What kind of exercise do you do? I've been walking more lately but wondering if I should try to do more.

Moving your body is good --any way possible--at some point walking will not be enough exercise though. The exercise I have done--swimming, spinning, weight training, walking, running (couch 25K till I was able to run), tried Zumba but didn't like it.  I started gradually 15 min 3 X a week and worked my way up to 60 min 4-5 days a week and then once lost all weight went back to 3X week 60 min but by then lifestyle was much more active.
