Should I reline my pipes?

We live in old farmhouse nth at has copper piping and we are concerned about the corrosion leading to lead in pipes. One solution is obviously repiping but it is a 3200 sq. feet house and I have no desire to pay for it and especially patch up walls I will have to break through. Someone suggested relining and sent me this link http://www.restoremypipes.com/about/faqs which answers some of my questions, except for the most important one of all which is whether it is worth it to reline our pipes (cheaper and easier) or whether I just should just bite the billet and repipe. Any suggestions?

I've had no experience with this but...

I found one "testimonial" of sorts from someone looking to use epoxy relining whose plumber advised him against it...http://www.homeownershub.com/maintenance/copper-pipe-epoxy-relining-opinions-does-anyone-have-actua-330521-.htm Other forums also talk about epoxy lining but it's usually for sewer pipes with a much larger inside diameter than the pipes inside your home. Constriction of that diameter is the issue, I think...

There is a really good discussion here about using epoxy relining v repiping... the post by Chris_HD_CHI http://community.homedepot.com/t5/Plumbing/Should-I-have-my-pipes-relined-Or-should-I-replace-the-plumbing/td-p/82259

Hope this helps...
