Here's a pumpkin witch I made a while back. The good thing is when Halloween is over, you can paint the pumpkins white and make a snowman!

I think I used a broom handle to hold the pumpkins together and also to stick it into the ground. The hat and broom are from the Dollar Store and the cape is just a black garbage bag.
