You have a huge pile on your plate. It makes me wonder sometimes how you can be so positive all the time anyway. At least I know you are human now! And you will probably be more positive next week. When you start knocking off each item you will feel better.
I have no idea how BK works, but given all the medical bills that have popped up can you renegotiate the payments to give yourself some breathing room, or is it set in stone?
Either way, I agree with Karen. You have a TON on your plate right now so try and relax for the sake of your health!
