Thank you Evelyn! I had not even seen Bumblingalong's message.
What spoke to me is the idea of leaving cards open in order to increase your FICO score since it's based on your percentage of debt to credit. I've always been quick to close them if I pay them off, just to be done. I also tend to load up one card so I can say, "But I only have one card!" It's half my cc debt, but hey :).
