My March goals will be based on my perenial goals. The stuff in blue is my addition for the month of March.

  • 1. Be positive. Love myself. Keep working, and work joyously.

This is a great idea! I have never done this.

Goal #1: When DH's 2 bonuses come in, move one into Efund. Take 80% of other bonus and pay to Heloc. Use 10% toward vacation payment. Put 10% aside for home repairs.

Goal #2: When tax refund comes in use toward cc.with 5700 dollar balance.

Since things have come through a bit - tax refunds, and after almost 3 months before getting an answer I did end up getting a merit increase and yesterday's pay came with the backpay from July on. Dh is expecting a nice check too this week from a gig he just finished up today on. So with all that (plus a bonus at the end of next month) the goals are:

#1 Pay off a few medical bills - some that are way overdue - actually I plan on doing that starting this weekend. My big hospital bill will be paid off by May. Then I can work on some others too.

#2 Finally get a new stove after 5 months with no oven. Still trying decide on new vs. used as I am not willing to compromise on a stove. I lived with a crappy stove for almost 20 years and don't wish to do that again. I'm willing to spend a little more to get the stove I want.

#3 Put some money into the EF which got depleted.

Oh lets see how Feb went:

Feb 2012 Goals:

1. Continue to beef up a personal savings account. Now that I have the kids fund all good for now, I thought it would be great to see my own balance sheet go up for awhile!

Well it is up, however, I have added some life insurance and it needs to go up more for when I am not working. I am thinking the middle of
