ONCE UPON A TIME......PART THREE

My world is spinning.....it's spinning wildly.  But this time it's weird, because none of this wildness is bad.  For once in our lives, it is ALL good!

I know you have heard the saying "Good things come in three's".   Well ....here's my little fairy tale as it's stands today.

1)  Some of you have chatted and watched me post about everything since October 2008.  Thank you for sticking with me, both oldies & newbies here.  You've may have seen my count down.  I think I seriously started about a year ago.  As of today, last weeks earnings (paid in arears) will finish our bankrupctys payments.  I am just waiting on the official discharge from the Trustee.  Which I understand may take a couple of weeks and by law we are obligated to continue paying the weekly payments.  Not to fret, all that money will be considered savings as any overpayment will be refunded.  Techinally according to the Trustee records, we only owe $234.  So as of today....I am actutally working to bring home the bacon!!!!!

2)  I have hinted at this in the past.  Once we are offically discharged from Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, I am RETIRING!  My health is not perfect, I commute a heck of a long way and hubby said it's time.  I will not argue that point!!!!  BUT........and here's the BUT.......read the suprising news in #3........

3)   I think I would be more comfortable posting this when things are a little more finalized.  I will post more details about this later, but it's all GOOD!!!!

LIFE IS GOOD :)

I'm so happy for you!! I know I haven't been here as much lately (really struggling with the weather and overall energy levels) but I think about you often! I can't wait until you are discharged (with a nice little cushion of money that they will owe you!!!) What a way to start retirement (or is there something you are holding back . . .???? :)

Congratulations! We've watched your struggle for a long time, often wishing there was something we could do. I'm very glad you've finally reached the end of your journey. I hope you and your family can now have more choices in general, but in particular the choice to get the healthcare you want.

I am so happy for you and your husband. You two have worked really hard and have been a wonderful inspiration for many people who have been in over their heads with debt. Thanks for sharing all of these years :).
