The best advice I read two weeks ago about what to do after over indulging is to just get back to your regular diet and exercise habits.

Well the stupid thing is, I only paid to eat out once (I cave and bought a pizza) BUT with all the travelling for work I was doiing, plus a week's worth of conferences, lumch meetings etc, I ended up eating out MORE then normal :(
I did manage to save money on groceries, but I've GAINED weight. I really have to get this under control asap.
Extra money in the wallet was nice though . . . :)

Still at it and it's second nature now. I have gone out twice so far, unavoidable celebrations and boy did I see the result on the scale = bad, very bad.

Nicely done! I am not as worried about the calories because I figured that I am autmoatically cutting down on calories by eating home cooked rather than deep fried everything. I have however taken the opportunity to pick up the pace at the gym so I am hoping that I start seeing some results.
BF took me to dinner last night as a thankyou for helping him clean up his yard. The funny thing was that I didn't even want to go. I was quite happy bringing some of my stuff over to his place to reheat, but he insisted!

And I'm still loving the extra cash in the wallet!!!

I've decided that I'm going to try this for two months rather than just one.
