Thanks for the Kate! I was thinking of you this weekend. There is a wagjag for supper works and I bought it. It's $50 off so I am pretty excited about it.

Eggs Benedict are my favorite all-time breakfast! I do plan on making it soon - just need to get some ham since I have hollandaise sauce mix. My German mother used to make a pancake with pears dish. Basically a souffle too. It is a bit of work but wonderful too.
