Our Refi Went Thru! Yay!

I'm really happy to report that our refi on our house went through yesterday.
We were able to shave 7 years off our our mortgage length, and decrease our monthly payment too (by $135).
The assessment actually came in $15,000 - $25,000 higher than we anticipated, so that was a pleasant surprise.
