The reusable cloth bags i use for many things. I use one to take to work every day to take my lunch and grab mail from the post office and then my coffee cup goes in after I am done in the morning. I use them for groceries of course. I also use them when you need something stronger than plastic like to take canned things and pot luck things to people's places or on trips etc.

The plastic ones I am saving for when our corn is done and I can sell it at the store like that.

Yoga to stretch tired muscles and a tired brain? And a protein drink to fuel you up without too much fat and carbs. I have a hemp protein powder and I mix one scoop of that and one scoop of greens + together in a glass of water. The greens + makes the hemp protein powder tolerable.

I save the plastic grocery store bags a) to line my garbage bin and b) all the extras get donated to the charity thrift store.

Use the bags for wet towels and bathing suits. Right now I have one on each boat for the kids to use to bring up wet towels, or fish on the way up to dad to fillet.

Thanks for noticing, Lila. I was a size 4 back in 2002 and put on 8 pounds a year (does not sound like much, right?) through all my ups and downs of getting my MBA, 3 moves, divorce, remarriage, death of my Ex, working two jobs for 3.5 years, etc. I got serious in November of last year and have been really working hard and consulting a nutritionist this time. Rabbit food does not get it, I need lean proteins first, and that is working well, as is working out and walking a lot more.
