The motor is shot. It will cost between $600 and $800 to fix it because it's so old (and that's assuming they can get the part . ..

I sure am glad I didn't start the reno. I still may depending on a few factors. Mom bought a condo and is moving out in March. I can't wait. I lover her, but she is not mentally healthy and its killing me. I even began to see a therapist since I've been so down lately and the moral of the story is I need my mom out. She is codependant and has reverted to this strange helpless behaviour thing (she won't even fill the ice tray because "she can't" ) I digress. . .
New furnace is coming tomorrow! I can't wait!
