Quiet weekend for me. I'm incredibly stressed this week - I won't bore the board with a litany of everything that's gone wrong!

So my plans this weekend are to de-stress myself.... But I haven't yet figured out how I'm going to do it!

Norma, OT, but DH bought an excessive amount of green beans at the store last weekend and I was thinking of freezing them. There is some moisture in the bag of them in the fridge at the moment. Can I just spread them all out onto a paper towel to dry them and then freeze them just fine? I wasn't sure if it was fine just to put them in the freezer as is or I needed to do some prep work.

A common practice is to blanche them. You boil them in water for only a minute or two then let them cool and freeze them. Good luck!

On my way home I am stopping at Walgreens to get some Kraft mac & cheese (sale for $.69) and bobby pins for Allonna's hair.
