free wifi?

I've been trying to reduce my cell phone costs as I really am a very light user. I use a prepaid phone with limited minutes and was wondering if there is any way to get free wifi in my car. I have free wifi at work and at home and I use my phone that way there, but it would be nice to be able to make a call in my car also, or text. I already have TextNow which is nice, but you have to be in a hotspot to use it.

Does anyone know of a widget or something that will pick up free hotspots in the car? I only pay $12/month with pageplus cellular for 250 minutes for calls and 250 texts but only 10 mb of internet which is used up in one session.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Maybe not having it in your car is a good thing. Texting while driving is extremely dangerous to you and everyone else on the road, as is talking on your cellphone while you're driving.
