Why is it always eat this to improve mood, eat that to imrpove heart health, etc.?

One of the best ways to combat depression (or foul mood) is exercise - go outside for a brisk walk, go for a swim, or even do housework.  Just get moving.  And it is free.

Positive endorphins aside, and yes, I could stand to do more exercise and housework, but hey, every little bit helps! Why not do exercise and eat sunflower seeds?
